• 15th April-26th April: Consultation period with judging team.

  Evaluation & improvement of criteria and mark schemes.

• 1st May: Finalised information released. Handbook is made public. 

• 13th May: Competitor entries open for the video round. 

  This is when the application forms will become available.

• 29th May: Low-income SWer scheme closes. Recipients notified.

• 23rd July: Invigilator’s checks closed.

• 26th July: Applications for video entries closed. 

• 8th August-5th September: Video round judging period. 

• 18th September-16th October: Moderation period. 

• 23rd-30th October: Finalists notified (video round results). 

• FROM 30th October: Finalists announced. All competitors receive feedback. 

• 26th January 2025: Live Final at Urban Tiger, Northampton, UK.
